About establishment of Scientific Centers "I³-technologies in economics"

Based on performed analysis we are concluding absence of effective technologies and models in economic science for analysis and management of risk and solution of complex problems. In order to have possibility to simulate ideas and developments, to solve new tasks of analysis and forecasting, manage risk and efficiency in economics, we are suggesting informational innovative intellectual technologies (I³-technologies) with logic-probabilistic risk models and knowledge bases as systems of logical equations.

I³-technologies make contribution in development of theory and applications of economic science, provide solution of new tasks and obtaining of new results. I³-technologies construct mathematical (logical) model of risk of failure of solution of complex economic problem, which has elements as subjects (State, business, banks, scientists, public opinion), which are involved in problem solution, and objects – concrete tasks.

Development of scientific basis of problem "I³-technologies in Economics” was performed. The application area of I³-technologies in economics is very wide. We are sure, it’s new effective scientific direction in economic science and has high importance.

I³-technologies with some time can become a basis for statement and solution of complex problems. There is expediency to establish scientific centers and technoparks not only for problems nanotechnologies and nanomaterials, but for existing problems of managements of risk and efficiency in numerous objects and systems in economics. Expected economic effect will be great.

In "I³-technologies in Economics" center, scientists and specialists in area of economics, I³-technologies, management and IT, can be engaged. Support and participation of recognized scientists and large managers is required.
