The computer allows to solve all those problems which up to the

invention of a computer did not exist.

Software is so important for the evaluation and analysis of risk and efficiency in systems that, without their own problems do not exist. In other words, the computer can solve those problems, which prior to its invention did not exist. Constructing risk LP-model on statistical data and risk analysis have a high computational complexity and can be performed only with the use of computers and special Software. We developed a set of programs for fulfillment of these works.
